The buildings 6 Star Green Star (As Built) rating, the highest available standard, along with the 5.5 Star NABERS rating, represent World Leadership in environmental technology and sustainability. These features combine to ‘future proof’ the building, improving energy efficiency and reducing green house gas emissions by 60% when compared to conventional office buildings.
